TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservation should be made as early as possible to guarantee the passenger's choice in the Guaranteed Departure Program. A deposit of 100 Euros per person is required at the time of registration. The remainder is due 30 days before the departure date of the tour.
Reservations are accepted subject to tour conditions and will be confirmed only if accompanied by the required deposit and signed reservation form.
3. Free Sale System
To offer the passengers more flexibility, our Free Sale System makes it possible for you to make an unlimited number of bookings with instant confirmation. This system applies up to 21 days before the departure date. After that time, i.e., within the last 21 days before the departure date, any bookings should be confirmed with our office first.
World Travel Trip reserves the right to cancel any tour except those bearing the 'guaranteed departure' seal before departure for any reason, including the insufficient number of participants. If World Travel Trip cancels any tour, tour members will receive a full refund of the payment amount.
5. If you cancel;
Notice of cancellation by passenger must be confirmed in writing to us. In the event of cancellation by one or more passengers sharing the same accommodation, the rate charged to the remaining passenger(s) may be increased accordingly. Cancellation charges are as follows: the tour Theld Travel Trip reserves the right to do so.
6. Unused Tour Services
No refund will be made with respconcerningation, meals, sightseeing tour, or any other services that are included in the tour fare but not utilized by the tour participant, either in part or full, or where the passenger amends, cancels or otherwise varies arrangements after commencement of the tour.
7. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right, upon reasonable grounds, to refuse any passenger for any part of the travel services.
Smoking is prohibited on motor coaches.
9. Flight Delays / Hotel Changes:
To the best of our ability, we provide a complete itinerary with your tickets. However, flight times and carriers are subject to change without notice. It is, therefore, mandatory to reconfirm your departure/return times with the airline at least 72 hours before departure/return.
10. Price Guaranteed
Price is guaranteed once ful/ payment is received: Land transportation is provided in accordance with the itinerary by coach ar midi bus ar minibus depending upon size of group.
11. Hotels First Class ar best available (loca! 4 star) in each itinerary and based on two persons sharing twin bedded accommodation with private bath / shower. World Travel Trip reserves the right ta substitute hote!s far those named in the brochure/cd if and when deemed necessary A share bas is booking can not be guaranteed.
12. Single Rooms
A limited number of single rooms may have to share accommodation occasionally. In such a case, appropriate refunds will be made upon application at the end of the tour. As single cabins are not available on the cruise, the charge for them is extra and is included in the single supplement.
All meals are as stated in each itinerary by the code letters (B) Continental or Buffet Breakfast, (L) Lunch, and (D) for Dinner.
All necessary group transfers between air/seaports and hotels are included throughout the tours. Porter fees at the airports are not included. In-flight bags must be hand-carried by tour members.
Sightseeing, as outlined in the itineraries, is provided by the latest model motor coach, midi bus, minibus, or private car, depending upon the size of the group and including services of English speaking guides unless otherwise requested or confirmed. Entrance fees to all places visited are also included. Please also note that closed days for museums: St. Sophia on Monday, Dolmabahce Palace on Monday and Thursday, Rumeli Fortress on Wednesday, Topkapi Palace on Tuesday, Grand Covered Bazaar on Sunday, Chora Church on Thursday
Basic service charges and taxes imposed by hotels and local governments are included. The difference will be reflected in rates if there are any changes in the tax ratio.
17. Not Included
Tips to your drivers/guides and tour assistants. Tipping has gradually become necessary for guides, drivers, and transfer men on any tour. On regular bus tours, 3.00 Euro per person per day for the guide and 2.00 Euro per person per day for the driver should be anticipated and budgeted by clients. Where the number of passengers is less than 6 people, a minimum of 15.00 Euro per day for the guide and 12.00 Euro per day for a driver should be considered. As for transfers between hotels and airports, 6.00 Euro for transfer man and 5.00 Euro for driver are sufficient.
Any physical or mental disability requiring special treatment must be reported to World Travel Trip at the time of reservation. Possible Changes in the itinerary: Occasionally, the land portion of your tour may be extended or curtailed because of unforeseen changes/conditions in the transportation schedules. There may also be other instances in which changes become necessary or advisable. Any savings realized by these changes will be passed on to the passengers, and the passengers shall bear any resultant expenses.
19. Not included in Land Cost
Passport and visa fees, inoculations and vaccinations, any expenses before arrival to Turkey, camera
fees, airport departure taxes, excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified as being included, tea or coffee at any time, any beverages such as soft drinks or liquor.
20. Responsibility and Liability
Where our Company has not been negligent nor in breach of any duty, we assume no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay, or irregularities that may be caused to person or property where such occur due to circumstances beyond our control. The transportation companies or firms shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness, or injury, by whomsoever caused and of whatever kind occurring of or to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not on board a carrier of conveyance used or operated by the transportation companies or firms. All tickets, coupons, and orders are furnished and issued subject to those terms and conditions under which the means of transportation or other services provided are offered or supplied by owners, operators, public carriers managing agents, or agents.
21. Our Company will not be responsible or liable for;
• Mechanical breakdowns (except where it is due to negligence on the part of our Company or its agents), government actions, weather, Act of God strikes, compulsory quarantine, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• The failure of theclient or agent's failure required documentation (e.g., health certificates, visas, passports, etc.).
• The client's failure to follow reasonable instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times.
• Accidents of any kind occurring during the Customer's independent activities • Theft, robbery, or lost property
• Food poisoning
• Isolation as a result of infections, diseases, or any condition likely to endanger the health or safety of the tour members or impair their reasonable comfort
